Another picture I can’t remember having taken but one that instantly soothed me – especially on a day like today, which is going to be crazy with traveling in the big bad city!! Green will do that for you π These days in the run-up to the coming time of alleged relaxation π (Are you ever really relaxed with a 5-yr-old in tow I wonder? :P), I’m feeling exactly like – you guessed it – a busy little bee! Not a bad thing except that I’m buzzing about in the kind of temperatures that make me want to migrate permanently to The North Pole!!
Maybe that’s what this little bee was thinking too – just wanting a break from all the work that they constantly seem engaged in! If this isn’t a bee, I’m sorry! It sure like like one to my inexperienced eyes! Either way, makes for a pretty picture don’t you think? And like her – quite literally, I too will be looking forward to my bed at the end of what promises to be a long if enjoyable day!Β
Are you, like the busy bee above, going to rest while eating? π
I always think that breakfast in bed sounds romantic/classically relaxing, but then the practical part of the brain takes over and shouts: who wants to sleep in crumbs? Or even worse: who wants to wash the sheets after you get crumbs all over the place?
Hopefully you find some respite from crazy travel adventures and heat.
I must confess to being rather sloppy in my eating habits π I don’t do the breakfast in bed because I don’t always do breakfast (I know…terrible habit!) and because there’s no one to serve it to me as of now π But I’m a big bed-snacker if that’s the right word! Mostly coz I read in bed a lot and when I read I feel hungry…my very own Pavlov’s Reflex…books and food go together π
You are a real talent catching animals around your home! That is very nice!
Thanks Irena π Although this wasn’t close to home! This was near the Lighthouse that featured in the earlier post π
